Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This allows adequate time to inspect your limited-edition pieces while ensuring we can promptly address any issues.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition:

  • Unframed and unused
  • Original packaging intact, including archival-quality tubes
  • All certificates of authenticity included
  • No signs of handling or display

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Limited-edition numbered prints (as indicated in product descriptions)
  • Special commission pieces from artists like Chuck Sperry, Dan Grzeca, or Brad Klausen
  • Final sale items clearly marked as such
  • Custom framed pieces or special orders

These exceptions maintain the collector’s market integrity and artist relationships that make our store unique.

The Return Process: Step by Step

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

3Package Your Items Securely

Repackage items in their original archival-quality shipping materials to prevent damage during transit. Include all original documentation.

4Ship to Our Facility
