Yes! All our music-related posters are officially licensed limited editions that were originally sold at concerts and events. Each piece represents authentic music history and artistic expression.

Our posters are true limited editions with specific print runs, often signed and numbered by the artists. Once sold out, these pieces become collectibles that appreciate in value over time.

You can create an account during checkout by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and receive notifications about new releases.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement as we process orders quickly to ensure prompt shipment. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for all orders. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Currently, we don’t offer payment plans. Full payment is required at time of purchase for all orders.

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and select remote areas due to logistical constraints. We’re continuously working to expand our shipping network while maintaining our quality standards.

We offer two delivery options:
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)

Each limited-edition print is meticulously inspected and securely packaged in protective tubing to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, ready for framing and display.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Each poster is carefully prepared for its journey to your doorstep.

While rare due to our protective packaging, if your poster arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll assist you with exchange options when possible.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, final sale items and sold-out limited editions cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
